View LinkedIn profileOur Basic Premise of Engagement
- No two institutions have the same learners, teachers, culture, or challenges. Hence, there can be no standard solution
- Teachers are the people who make learning happen. Our job is to support them, not to challenge or replace their judgment
- Curriculum, teaching, and assessment are stages of the same academic continuum and must not be treated as separate entities
- Literacy is not equivalent to English language and communication skills; it is a much broader concept
- Asking questions and self-reflection are the key practices that drive growth and effectiveness
